As of now, Fiola.AI is compatible with Chrome and Edge, since Edge allows Chrome extensions to be installed.

What happens if Fiola.AI can't find an answer?

If Fiola.AI doesn't locate a relevant response, you'll see a "No article found" message. You may want to add the query to your FAQ Google Sheet for future reference.

What are the limitations of the free plan?

With the free plan, Fiola.AI can only read the first 10 rows of your Google Sheet. If you have more than 10 FAQs, consider upgrading.
